In the deliberations of the court, opinions are collected by the president, following the order of appointment, beginning with the most senior councillor.

The rapporteur always opines first and the president last.

Dans les délibérations de la cour, les opinions sont recueillies par le président, suivant l’ordre des nominations, en commençant par le conseiller le plus ancien.

Le rapporteur opine toujours le premier et le président le dernier.
