Article 611-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The award of financial aid for the video publishing of cinematographic and audiovisual works is subject to the provisions of Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty, in particular those provided for in Chapter I and Article 54 of Section 11 relating to aid schemes for audiovisual works.

Article 611-2

L’attribution des aides financières à l’édition vidéographique des œuvres cinématographiques et audiovisuelles est soumise aux dispositions du règlement (UE) n° 651/2014 de la Commission du 17 juin 2014 déclarant certaines catégories d’aides compatibles avec le marché intérieur en application des articles 107 et 108 du traité, notamment celles prévues par le chapitre Ier et l’article 54 de la section 11 relatif aux régimes d’aides en faveur des œuvres audiovisuelles.
