Any other matter submitted to the investigating chamber shall be referred to the International Criminal Court, which shall take the appropriate action.
The investigating chamber shall rule within fifteen days of the appearance of the person claimed before it. In the event of an appeal, the Criminal Division of the Court of Cassation rules within two months of receipt of the case file at the Court of Cassation.
