Article 634-4 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

Aid for collective operations is awarded and the amount determined on the basis of the following criteria:

1° The operation’s ability to contribute to a mission of general interest for the technical sectors of the film, audiovisual and video game industries;

2° The relevance of the format, theme, choice of participants and quality of programming;

3° The relevance of the communication strategy to the target audience;

4° The ability to finance and organise the event.

Article 634-4

Les aides aux opérations à caractère collectif sont attribuées et leur montant déterminé en considération des critères suivants :

1° La capacité de l’opération à contribuer à une mission d’intérêt général pour les filières techniques du cinéma, de l’audiovisuel et du jeu vidéo ;

2° La pertinence du format, du thème, du choix des participants, ainsi que la qualité de la programmation ;

3° La pertinence de la stratégie de communication au regard du public visé ;

4° La capacité de financement et d’organisation de l’opération.
