Article 635-2 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The Commission is made up of three colleges sitting separately.

The first panel comprises the Chairman, a Vice-Chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for aid for technical projects or collective operations relating to the production of works in real image at the pre-production, production and post-production stages.

The second college comprises the chairman, a vice-chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for aid for technical projects or collective operations relating to the production of works in digital images, particularly in the animation and video game sectors.

The third college comprises the chairman, a vice-chairman and eight other members. It is responsible for examining applications for aid for technical projects or collective operations relating to the distribution and exploitation of works.

Article 635-2

La commission est formée de trois collèges siégeant séparément.

Le premier collège comprend le président, un vice-président et huit autres membres. Il est compétent pour examiner les demandes d’aides aux projets techniques ou aux opérations à caractère collectif en lien avec la fabrication des œuvres en images réelles aux stades de la préproduction, de la production et de la postproduction.

Le deuxième collège comprend le président, un vice-président et huit autres membres. Il est compétent pour examiner les demandes d’aides aux projets techniques ou aux opérations à caractère collectif en lien avec la fabrication des œuvres en images numériques, notamment dans les secteurs de l’animation et du jeu vidéo.

Le troisième collège comprend le président, un vice-président et huit autres membres. Il est compétent pour examiner les demandes d’aides aux projets techniques ou aux opérations à caractère collectif en lien avec la diffusion et l’exploitation des œuvres.
