It shall be carried out under the conditions laid down in articles 695-9-22 and 695-9-24 of this Code for the application of Article 33 of Regulation (EU) 2018/1805 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 November 2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders.
