For the application of article 695-9-54, the provisions of Article 11 relating to the secrecy of the investigation and inquiry shall not prevent the communication by the competent judicial authority pursuant to this Code, and subject to confidentiality, of information, from criminal proceedings, relating to the facts, circumstances, identity of the persons implicated or prosecuted and, where applicable, their pre-trial detention or police custody, the identity of the victims and the progress of these proceedings.
Where consultations have been initiated with the competent authorities of the Member States concerned, any other relevant information relating to the proceedings may also be communicated to them, at their request, subject to the same confidentiality, provided that such communication does not prejudice the proper conduct of the investigation or prosecution.
