The costs relating to proceedings, deeds and enforcement procedures include:
1° Duties, taxes, fees or emoluments collected by the registries of the courts or the tax authorities, with the exception of duties, taxes and penalties that may be due on deeds and documents produced in support of the parties’ claims;
2° The costs of translating deeds where this is made necessary by law or by an international commitment ;
3° Witness fees;
4° Remuneration of technicians;
5° Tariffed disbursements;
6° Emoluments of public or ministerial officers;
7° Remuneration of lawyers insofar as it is regulated including pleading fees ;
8° Costs incurred by the service of a document abroad;
9° Interpreting and translation costs made necessary by investigative measures carried out abroad at the request of the courts under Regulation (EU) 2020/1783 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2020 on cooperation between the courts of the Member States in the taking of evidence in civil or commercial matters (taking of evidence) (recast) ;
10° Social investigations ordered pursuant to articles 1072, 1171 and 1221 ;
11° The remuneration of the person appointed by the judge to hear the minor, pursuant to Article 388-1 of the Civil Code;
12° Remuneration and costs relating to the measures, investigations and examinations required pursuant to the provisions of l’article 1210-8.
