The public prosecutor may carry out or arrange for any further investigations that he or she considers useful.
If he considers that the information accompanying the European protection order is incomplete, he shall immediately inform the competent authority of the issuing State and give it a maximum of ten days to provide the information requested.
Le procureur de la République peut procéder ou faire procéder à tout complément d’enquête qu’il estime utile.
S’il estime que les informations accompagnant la décision de protection européenne sont incomplètes, il en informe sans délai l’autorité compétente de l’Etat d’émission et lui impartit un délai maximal de dix jours pour lui communiquer les informations demandées.
