Article 706-72 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The offences mentioned in articles 323-1 to 323-4-1 and 411-9 of the Criminal Code, when committed on an automated information processing system, shall be prosecuted, investigated and judged according to the rules of this Code subject to this Title.

Articles 706-80 to 706-87, 706-95 to 706-103 and 706-105 of this code are applicable to the investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment of the offences provided for in article 323-4-1 du code pénal.

The same articles 706-80 to 706-87, 706-95 to 706-103 and 706-105 are also applicable to the investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment of the laundering of the same offences as well as to criminal conspiracy when its purpose is the preparation of one of the said offences.

Les infractions mentionnées aux articles 323-1 à 323-4-1 et 411-9 du code pénal, lorsqu’elles sont commises sur un système de traitement automatisé d’informations, sont poursuivies, instruites et jugées selon les règles du présent code sous réserve du présent titre.

Les articles 706-80 à 706-87, 706-95 à 706-103 et 706-105 du présent code sont applicables à l’enquête, à la poursuite, à l’instruction et au jugement des délits prévus à l’article 323-4-1 du code pénal.

Les mêmes articles 706-80 à 706-87, 706-95 à 706-103 et 706-105 sont également applicables à l’enquête, à la poursuite, à l’instruction et au jugement du blanchiment des mêmes délits ainsi qu’à l’association de malfaiteurs lorsqu’elle a pour objet la préparation de l’un desdits délits.
