Where the application is made jointly by the parties, the applicants may, as soon as the application is lodged with the registry, request that the case be assigned to a single judge, or waive the option of requesting that the case be referred to the panel.

Lorsque la requête est formée conjointement par les parties, les requérants peuvent, dès le dépôt de la requête au greffe demander que l’affaire soit attribuée à un juge unique, ou renoncer à la faculté de demander le renvoi à la formation collégiale.
