The heir may accept the succession purely and simply or renounce it. He may also accept the succession up to the amount of the net assets where he has a universal vocation or universal title.

A conditional or term option is null and void.

L’héritier peut accepter la succession purement et simplement ou y renoncer. Il peut également accepter la succession à concurrence de l’actif net lorsqu’il a une vocation universelle ou à titre universel.

Est nulle l’option conditionnelle ou à terme.
