Article 849-6 of the French Code of civil procedure

At the end of the period set by the judge, the third party shall submit his report, together with his request for remuneration, a copy of which he shall send to the parties by any means enabling receipt to be established. Where applicable, the party responsible for the breach shall send the third party and the judge its written comments on this request within fifteen days of receipt.

A l’issue du délai imparti par le juge, le tiers remet son rapport, accompagné de sa demande de rémunération, dont il adresse un exemplaire aux parties par tout moyen permettant d’en établir la réception. S’il y a lieu, l’auteur du manquement adresse au tiers et au juge ses observations écrites sur cette demande dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de sa réception.
