Article 860 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The order referred to in Article 628 and the sentence extract referred to in Article 634 are inserted in one of the newspapers in the territory, posted at the door of the residence of the person concerned and, where there is no town hall, posted at the request of the head of the administrative district.

L’ordonnance mentionnée à l’article 628 et l’extrait de condamnation mentionné à l’article 634 sont insérés dans l’un des journaux du territoire, affichés à la porte du domicile de l’intéressé et, lorsqu’il n’y a pas de mairie, affichés à la diligence du chef de circonscription administrative.
