Article 87 A of the French General Tax Code

The declarations referred to in Articles 87 and 87-0 A are transmitted monthly in accordance with the procedures set out in I of Article L. 133-5-3 or in Article L. 133-5-8of the Social Security Code or Article L. 7122-23 of the Labour Code.

For persons not falling within the scope of I of Article L. 133-5-3 of the Social Security Code, the declarations referred to in Articles 87 and 87-0 A of this Code are made to the body or administration designated by decree:

1° No later than 31 January of the year following that in which the sums were paid, for the declaration mentioned in article 87;

2° No later than the month following that in which the sums were deducted in advance, on a date set by order of the Minister responsible for the budget, for the declaration mentioned in article 87-0 A.

Article 87 A

Les déclarations mentionnées aux articles 87 et 87-0 A sont transmises mensuellement selon les modalités prévues au I de l’article L. 133-5-3 ou à l’article L. 133-5-8 du code de la sécurité sociale ou à l’article L. 7122-23 du code du travail.

Pour les personnes n’entrant pas dans le champ d’application du I de l’article L. 133-5-3 du code de la sécurité sociale, les déclarations mentionnées aux articles 87 et 87-0 A du présent code sont souscrites auprès de l’organisme ou de l’administration désigné par décret :

1° Au plus tard le 31 janvier de l’année suivant celle au cours de laquelle les sommes ont été versées, pour la déclaration mentionnée à l’article 87 ;

2° Au plus tard le mois suivant celui au cours duquel les sommes ont été précomptées, à une date fixée par arrêté du ministre chargé du budget, pour la déclaration mentionnée à l’article 87-0 A.
