Article 881 of the French Code of civil procedure

Where the joint tribunal has two divisions, the case shall be brought before the division having jurisdiction having regard to the nature of the contract binding the parties.

However, if one section of the tribunal cannot be constituted or cannot function, the case shall be brought before the other section.

Article 881

Lorsque le tribunal paritaire comporte deux sections, l’affaire est portée devant la section compétente eu égard à la nature du contrat liant les parties.

Toutefois, si une section du tribunal ne peut être constituée ou ne peut fonctionner, l’affaire est portée devant l’autre section.
