Article 883-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

For all nullity applications sent to the Investigating Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Saint-Denis de La Réunion, the declaration to the clerk’s office may be made by means of a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt when the applicant or his lawyer resides within the jurisdiction of the Mamoudzou judicial court.

Pour toutes les requêtes en nullité transmises à la chambre d’instruction de la cour d’appel de Saint-Denis de La Réunion, la déclaration au greffe peut être faite au moyen d’une lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception lorsque le demandeur ou son avocat réside dans le ressort du tribunal judiciaire de Mamoudzou.
