For sums registered on the automatic account or on the automatic accounts grouped into circuits opened in respect of cinematographic entertainment establishments which were due to expire on 31 December 2020, the period mentioned in 3° of article 123-8 is extended by one year.
Pour les sommes inscrites sur le compte automatique ou sur les comptes automatiques regroupés en circuits ouverts au titre des établissements de spectacles cinématographiques dont la péremption devait intervenir au 31 décembre 2020, le délai mentionné au 3° de l’article 123-8 est prolongé d’un an.
