Article 916-42 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The award decision is taken after a committee has given its opinion under the following conditions:
1° The committee makes a preliminary selection of the projects after examining the documents mentioned in 2° of article 916-43 on the basis of the criteria mentioned in a of 1° and in c and f of 2° of article 916-40;
2° It interviews the companies or organisations whose projects have been selected;
3° It gives its opinion after examining the additional documents mentioned in 3° of article 916-43 on the basis of all the criteria mentioned in article 911-40.

Article 916-42

La décision d’attribution est prise après avis d’une commission rendu dans les conditions suivantes :
1° La commission effectue une sélection préalable des projets après examen des documents mentionnés au 2° de l’article 916-43 sur la base des critères mentionnés au a du 1° et aux c et f du 2° de l’article 916-40 ;
2° Elle auditionne les entreprises ou organismes dont les projets ont été retenus ;
3° Elle rend son avis après examen des documents complémentaires mentionnés au 3° de l’article 916-43 sur la base de l’ensemble des critères mentionnés à l’article 911-40.
