Article 916-43 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

In order to receive support, the company or organisation must submit the following electronically:
1° The application form drawn up by the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée;
2° At the preliminary selection stage, the following documents:
a) Concerning the company or organisation : a presentation of its activities, a presentation of the team, turnover and number of full-time equivalent jobs, a description of the impact of the crisis linked to the covid-19 epidemic and in particular the cash flow difficulties hampering its investments;
b) A statement of intent setting out the main characteristics of the project, in particular its technical and environmental challenges, its positioning in the market and the expected impact of the project on the sector;
c) The timetable for completion of the project;
d) A provisional budget and the financial package envisaged;
3° Once the project has been selected and presented to the committee, the following additional documents:
a) An analysis of the competition and market needs;
b) A note on the strategy for accessing the market, particularly the international market;
c) A technical note including a description of the investments covered by the application, together with associated estimates and floor plans;
d) A financial note presenting the business plan and the financing obtained;
e) A presentation of any partners;
f) Any other technical, commercial or visual documents that may be useful in understanding the project;
g) Tax returns for the last three financial years for which the accounts have been closed;
h) The tax and social security certificates referred to in 4° of Appendix VI-8.1;
i) A K bis extract less than three months old.
When the project is developed by several companies or organisations, the application is submitted jointly.

Pour l’attribution d’une aide, l’entreprise ou l’organisme transmet par voie électronique :
1° Le formulaire de demande établi par le Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée ;
2° Au stade de la sélection préalable, les documents suivants :
a) Concernant l’entreprise ou l’organisme : une présentation de ses activités, une présentation de l’équipe, le chiffre d’affaires et le nombre d’emplois en équivalent temps plein, une description des impacts de la crise liée à l’épidémie de covid-19 et notamment les difficultés de trésorerie entravant ses investissements ;
b) Une note d’intention présentant les principales caractéristiques du projet, notamment ses enjeux techniques et environnementaux, son positionnement sur le marché, les impacts attendus du projet sur le secteur ;
c) Le calendrier de réalisation du projet ;
d) Un budget prévisionnel et le montage financier envisagé ;
3° Une fois le projet sélectionné et présenté devant la commission, les documents complémentaires suivants :
a) Une analyse de la concurrence et des besoins du marché ;
b) Une note sur la stratégie d’accès au marché, notamment au marché international ;
c) Une note technique comprenant un descriptif des investissements faisant l’objet de la demande ainsi que les devis associés et les plans des espaces ;
d) Une note financière présentant le plan d’affaires et les financements acquis ;
e) Une présentation des partenaires le cas échéant ;
f) Tout autre document technique, commercial, visuel utile à la bonne compréhension du projet ;
g) Les liasses fiscales des trois derniers exercices clos ;
h) Les attestations fiscales et sociales mentionnées au 4° de l’annexe VI-8.1 ;
i) Un extrait K bis de moins de trois mois.
Lorsque le projet est développé par plusieurs entreprises ou organismes, la demande est présentée conjointement.
