The statement of appeal shall refer to the order of the first president.

The copies intended for the respondents shall be returned to the appellant.

The application may also be submitted to the first president no later than eight days after the statement of appeal.

Les exemplaires destinés aux intimés sont restitués à l’appelant.

La requête peut aussi être présentée au premier président au plus tard dans les huit jours de la déclaration d’appel.
