Article 927 of the French Code of civil procedure

In addition to the information prescribed in Article 57, the joint application shall contain, on pain of inadmissibility:

1° A certified copy of the judgment;

2° Where applicable, an indication of the heads of the judgment to which the appeal is limited;

3° The constitution of the parties’ lawyers.

It shall be signed by the lawyers constituted.

Article 927

Outre les mentions prescrites à l’article 57, la requête conjointe contient, à peine d’irrecevabilité :

1° Une copie certifiée conforme du jugement ;

2° Le cas échéant, l’indication des chefs du jugement auquel l’appel est limité ;

3° La constitution des avocats des parties.

Elle est signée par les avocats constitués.
