Article 952 of the French Code of civil procedure

The judge may, on this declaration, modify or retract his decision.

If this is not the case, the court registrar shall without delay transmit the case file with the declaration and a copy of the decision to the court registry.

The judge shall inform the party within one month of his decision to re-examine the case or to refer it to the court.

Le juge peut, sur cette déclaration, modifier ou rétracter sa décision.

Dans le cas contraire, le greffier de la juridiction transmet sans délai au greffe de la cour le dossier de l’affaire avec la déclaration et une copie de la décision.

Le juge informe la partie dans le délai d’un mois de sa décision d’examiner à nouveau l’affaire ou de la transmettre à la cour.
