The wills of servicemen, State sailors and persons employed in the aftermath of armies may be received in the cases and conditions provided for in Article 93 either by a senior officer in the presence of two witnesses; or by two army commissioners ; or by an army commissioner in the presence of two witnesses; or finally, in an isolated detachment, by the officer commanding that detachment, assisted by two witnesses, if there is no senior officer or army commissioner in the detachment.
The will of the officer commanding an isolated detachment may be received by the officer who comes after him in the order of service.
The faculty of making a will under the conditions provided for in the present article shall extend to prisoners with the enemy.
