Article A123-24 of the French Commercial code

In the event of a change occurring between the date of registration and the date of repayment of all obligations, in the articles of association, administration or management of the associations mentioned in Article A. 123-23, this modification is mentioned in the trade and companies register upon proof of completion of the formalities for declaration to the prefecture or sub-prefecture or registration with the court of first instance for associations in Alsace-Moselle.

En cas de modification intervenue entre la date d’immatriculation et celle du remboursement de toutes les obligations, dans les statuts, l’administration ou la direction des associations mentionnées à l’article A. 123-23, cette modification est mentionnée au registre du commerce et des sociétés sur justification de l’accomplissement des formalités de déclaration à la préfecture ou la sous-préfecture ou d’inscription au tribunal d’instance pour les associations d’Alsace-Moselle.
