Article A123-45 of the French Commercial code

All applications for principal or secondary registration, for amending registration and, where applicable, for deletion shall be accompanied by the documents supporting the particulars contained in the application.

The supporting documents are defined in Annex 1-1 to this book.

They are kept by the registry.

They do not form part of the public register and may not be communicated to third parties.

The validity of the supporting documents is assessed on the date of filing of the single file.
