Article A123-53 of the French Commercial code

The chronological register provided for in Article R. 123-98 is kept using a computerised process.

For the application of article R. 123-101-1, the Registrar shall certify the identity of the information recorded on electronic media for the purposes of keeping the register of companies and businesses with that received in accordance with Articles R. 123-92 to R. 123-98 by affixing its secure electronic signature, as defined by Decree no. 2017-1416 of 28 September 2017 on electronic signatures.

Le registre chronologique prévu à l’article R. 123-98 est tenu selon un procédé informatique.

Pour l’application de l’article R. 123-101-1, le greffier certifie l’identité des informations enregistrées sur support électronique pour la tenue du registre du commerce et des sociétés avec celles reçues conformément aux articles R. 123-92 à R. 123-98 en apposant au moins une fois par jour, sur le registre mentionné au premier alinéa, sa signature électronique sécurisée, telle que définie par le décret n° 2017-1416 du 28 septembre 2017 relatif à la signature électronique.
