When the declaration is made at the same time as a business creation declaration submitted to the business formalities centre run by a territorial chamber of commerce and industry or by a chamber of trades and crafts, submission of the business declaration and its supporting documents is equivalent to submission of the declaration provided for in article L. 123-29. The declarant must also produce two recent passport photographs.
In this case, the territorial chamber of commerce and industry or the chamber of trades and crafts keeps a copy of this declaration and the supporting documents in a file specific to the declarant or the company that filed them.
The declaration of itinerant activity of an individual whose domicile is not located within the jurisdiction of the centre for business formalities competent to receive his declaration of business creation may be received by this centre, which will forward it to the CFE competent to process the declaration of itinerant activity.
