Article A123-97 of the French Commercial code

The personal data referred to in Article R. 123-222 shall be kept until the end of the fifth year following the death of the person concerned. After this period, the data is kept in the form of an intermediate archive.

The designation of the person or persons in contact with the administration from among the legal representatives, the contact e-mail address and the telephone number are kept for one year after the date on which the role of contact with the administration ends.

Les données personnelles mentionnées à l’article R. 123-222 sont conservées jusqu’à la fin de la cinquième année suivant le décès de la personne concernée. Au-delà de cette durée, les données sont conservées sous forme d’archive intermédiaire.

La désignation de la ou des personnes de contact avec l’administration parmi les représentants légaux, l’adresse électronique de contact et le numéro de téléphone sont conservées pendant un an après la date de fin du rôle de contact avec l’administration.
