Article A310-2 of the French Commercial code

The declaration shall be accompanied by the following documents:

1° Any document justifying, according to the reason for the request, the prospect of a cessation of trade, a seasonal suspension, a change of activity or a substantial change in operating conditions and, in particular, in the case of planned works, the corresponding estimate(s);

2° A detailed inventory of the goods concerned by the liquidation operation including at least the following information: nature and precise name of items, quantities, selling price, average purchase price excluding tax. Products with a unit selling price of less than €5 may be described in homogeneous batches;

3° Where applicable, if the declaration is made by an authorised representative, a copy of his power of attorney.

La déclaration est accompagnée des documents suivants :

1° Toute pièce justifiant, selon le motif de la demande, de la perspective d’une cessation de commerce, d’une suspension saisonnière, d’un changement d’activité ou d’une modification substantielle des conditions d’exploitation et, notamment, en cas de prévision de travaux, le ou les devis correspondants ;

2° Un inventaire détaillé des marchandises concernées par l’opération de liquidation comportant au minimum les renseignements suivants : nature et dénomination précise des articles, quantités, prix de vente, prix d’achat moyen hors taxe. Les produits dont le prix de vente unitaire est inférieur à 5 € peuvent être décrits par lots homogènes ;

3° Le cas échéant, si la déclaration est faite par un mandataire, une copie de sa procuration.
