Article A43-6 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

In accordance with the provisions of articles R. 117, R. 120 and R. 120-2, the remuneration or fees paid to doctors, expert psychologists or radiologists duly requested or commissioned is determined, for the services mentioned, by applying to the social security key letters the coefficients shown in the tables appended to this article.

In the case of a radiological examination of a living person, the quotations set out in the second part of the common classification of medical acts are applied.

Conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 117, R. 120 et R. 120-2, la rémunération ou les honoraires versés aux médecins, experts psychologues ou radiologues régulièrement requis ou commis est déterminée, pour les prestations mentionnées, par application aux lettres clés de la sécurité sociale des coefficients figurant aux tableaux annexés au présent article.

S’agissant d’un examen radiologique d’une personne vivante, les cotations fixées dans la deuxième partie de la classification commune des actes médicaux sont appliquées.
