Article A444-117 of the French Commercial code

Exchange services (numbers 96 and 97 of table 5) give rise to the levying of:

1° In the case of a bilateral exchange, a fee proportional to the value of the greater of the two lots exchanged, according to the following scale:

2° In the case of multilateral exchanges, a fee proportional to the total value of the goods exchanged, according to the following scale:
