Article A444-118 of the French Commercial code

The abandonment of property or rights (number 98 in Table 5) gives rise to the collection of:

1° In the case of unilateral abandonment by separate deed, a fixed fee of €26.41;

2° In the case of abandonment accepted in the same deed, a proportional fee, according to the following scale:

From €6,500 to €17,000	1.064%
From €17,000 to €30,000	0.726%
Over €30,000	0.532%

Article A444-118

L’abandon de biens ou droits (numéro 98 du tableau 5) donne lieu à la perception :

1° S’agissant de l’abandon unilatéral par acte séparé, d’un émolument fixe de 26,41 € ;

2° S’agissant de l’abandon accepté dans le même acte, d’un émolument proportionnel, selon le barème suivant :
