The sale to the leasing company under a financial lease or a sale and leaseback (number 113 in table 5) gives rise to the collection of a proportional fee, which varies depending on whether the sale to the leasing company is made by the user or by a third party, according to the following scale:

La vente à la société de crédit-bail dans le cadre d’un crédit-bail ou d’une cession-bail (numéro 113 du tableau 5) donne lieu à la perception d’un émolument proportionnel, qui varie selon que la vente à la société de crédit-bail est réalisée par l’utilisateur ou par un tiers, selon le barème suivant :
