If, from the time of the customer’s request, the following services are performed within a period shorter than the reference period specified in the table below, they give rise to the collection of an increased fee under the conditions provided for in Article A. 444-12:

Si, à compter de la demande du client, les prestations suivantes sont réalisées dans un délai inférieur au délai de référence précisé dans le tableau ci-dessous, elles donnent lieu à la perception d’un émolument majoré dans les conditions prévues à l’article A. 444-12 :
