Article A444-83 of the French Commercial code

The preparation of a draft liquidation of the matrimonial property regime (number 42 in table 5) gives rise to a fee according to the following scale:

Base rates	Applicable rate
0 to €6,500	2.515%
From €6,500 to €17,000	1.038%
From €17,000 to €60,000	0.692%
More than €60,000	0.519%

When the notary appointed by the judge under the 10° of Article 255 of the Civil Code draws up the deed of partition, the fee received pursuant to this Article shall be deducted from the fee received for drawing up the deed of partition in accordance with Article A. 444-121.

L’élaboration d’un projet de liquidation du régime matrimonial (numéro 42 du tableau 5) donne lieu à un émolument selon le barème suivant :

Lorsque le notaire désigné par le juge en application du 10° de l’article 255 du code civil établit l’acte de partage, l’émolument perçu en application du présent article s’impute sur celui perçu au titre de la rédaction de l’acte de partage conformément à l’article A. 444-121.
