For the written test, candidates may use codes and compendia of laws and decrees containing references to articles of doctrine and case law, excluding however codes annotated and commented on, article by article, by legal professionals.
They may also use codes or compendia of laws and decrees containing no indication of doctrine or case law, with no notes other than references to legislative or regulatory texts.
The written test will be marked by the examiner.
The marking of the written test is organised in such a way as to preserve the anonymity of each candidate. Each essay is examined by two markers.
The oral tests are held in public.
