The knowledge-testing examination consists of the following tests:
1° A written test, lasting five hours, the subject of which is the processing of a file relating to one or more of the missions likely to be entrusted to a judicial representative.
The mark is weighted at 2.

2° An oral examination consisting of a thirty-minute question by the jury on professional ethics, the regulations governing the profession and the management of a law firm.
The mark is weighted by a coefficient of 2.
An oral examination consisting of a thirty-minute question by the jury on professional ethics, the regulations governing the profession and the management of a law firm.
The mark carries a coefficient of 1.

3° An oral examination consisting of a thirty-minute question by the jury on one or more of the following subjects, including the subject or subjects on this same list referred to in the Commission’s decision, where applicable, pursuant to article R. 812-17:
-National law relating to companies in difficulty;
-European and international law relating to companies in difficulty;
-Employment law related to insolvency proceedings;
-Tax law related to insolvency proceedings;
-Accounting corresponding to the DSCG exam programme;
Financial management and management control corresponding to the DSCG exam programme;
Financial management and management control corresponding to the DSCG exam programme
-Financial management and management control corresponding to the syllabus for the DSCG exam;
Contract law
-Contract law;
-Securities law;
> Company and group law;
Company law
-Company and group law;
Criminal business law;
Company law
-Business criminal law;
-Civil procedure;
-Law of civil enforcement procedures.
The mark is subject to a coefficient of 1.
The subjects of the tests are decided and composed by the jury.
