The continuing professional training provided for in Article L. 822-4 ensures that the knowledge and skills required for the certification of accounts and the performance of assignments carried out by statutory auditors are updated and perfected. It corresponds to the training initiatives defined in 2° and 6° of Article L. 6313-1 of the French Labour Code.

La formation professionnelle continue prévue à l’article L. 822-4 assure la mise à jour et le perfectionnement des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires à la certification des comptes et à l’exercice des missions réalisées par les commissaires aux comptes. Elle correspond aux actions de formation définies aux 2° et 6° de l’article L. 6313-1 du code du travail.
