Article ANNEXE, art. 30-12 of the French Code of civil procedure

The order striking off an association that falls within the scope of the first paragraph of article 79-I of the local civil code shall be notified in the manner provided for in article 5. In the event that the notification is returned to the court registry and the notice has not been signed by its addressee, the notification shall be deemed to have been validly made by posting the order at the court registry for a period of fifteen days.

Only an immediate appeal may be lodged against the striking-off order.

L’ordonnance de radiation d’une association qui entre dans les prévisions du premier alinéa de l’article 79-I du code civil local est notifiée dans les formes prévues à l’article 5. En cas de retour au greffe de la notification dont l’avis n’a pas été signé par son destinataire, la notification est réputée valablement faite par l’affichage de l’ordonnance au greffe du tribunal pendant un délai de quinze jours.

L’ordonnance de radiation ne peut être frappée que d’un pourvoi immédiat.
