Article ANNEXE, art. 30-7 of the French Code of civil procedure

The certificate provided for in article 69 of the local civil code is drawn up by the court registry, according to a model set by order of the Minister of Justice. It specifies the surname, first names, domicile, nationality of each of the members of the management and the date of registration of the association.

L’attestation prévue à l’article 69 du code civil local est établie par le greffe du tribunal, selon un modèle fixé par arrêté du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice. Elle précise les nom, prénoms, domicile, nationalité de chacun des membres de la direction ainsi que la date d’inscription de l’association.
