Article ANNEXE, art. 30-8 of the French Code of civil procedure

The court clerk’s office shall notify the public prosecutor’s office of the omission of the declarations for the purpose of registration provided for in the first paragraph of Article 67, the first paragraph of Article 71, the second paragraph of Article 74 and Article 76 of the local civil code of which it is aware. The same applies if the certificate provided for in article 72 of the same code is not provided.

Le greffe du tribunal avise le ministère public de l’omission des déclarations à fin d’inscription prévues par le premier alinéa de l’article 67, le premier alinéa de l’article 71, le deuxième alinéa de l’article 74 et l’article 76 du code civil local dont il a connaissance. Il en est de même lorsque l’attestation prévue par l’article 72 du même code n’est pas fournie.
