Annex II: Relative to the information that must appear in the annual report provided for in article R. 2333-120-15
1° Name of the municipality, public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or mixed syndicate concerned;
2° Where applicable, name of the third-party contractor author of the report;
3° Human resources (number of full-time equivalents) devoted to the processing of compulsory prior administrative appeals (RAPO);
4° Financial resources devoted to the processing of RAPO;
5° Indicators relating to the processing of RAPO.
For each of the indicators listed in the table below, the report mentions the rate of change compared with the previous year and the correlation with the number of payment notices issued (indicated in absolute value) for the period in question.
