The personalised assessment is carried out by the judicial police officer or agent who interviews the victim.

He mentions, in the victim’s interview report or in any other document attached to the proceedings, the assessment factors selected from among those mentioned in Article D. 1er-3 or other factors that he or she feels warrant being taken into account.

L’évaluation personnalisée est effectuée par l’officier de police judiciaire ou par l’agent de police judiciaire qui procède à l’audition de la victime.

Il mentionne, dans le procès-verbal d’audition de la victime ou dans toute autre pièce jointe à la procédure, les éléments d’appréciation retenus parmi ceux mentionnés à l’article D. 1er-3 ou d’autres éléments lui paraissant justifiés d’être pris en compte.
