Article D10 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

When executing a letter rogatory, judicial police officers shall draw up separate reports for each of the acts they are called upon to perform.

Each report must mention the name and capacity of the judicial police officer who personally operated, to the exclusion of any other.

Lorsqu’ils exécutent une commission rogatoire, les officiers de police judiciaire établissent des procès-verbaux séparés pour chacun des actes qu’ils sont appelés à faire.

Chaque procès-verbal doit mentionner le nom et la qualité de l’officier de police judiciaire qui a opéré personnellement, à l’exclusion de tout autre.
