Article D1114-40 of the French Public Health Code

The amount of the subsidy allocated to each approved association at national level is set by the order provided for in IV of article L. 221-1-3 of the Social Security Code.

The amount of the subsidy allocated to each approved association at regional level is set and paid under the conditions laid down in articles R. 1435-16 and R. 1435-17 of this code.

Le montant de la subvention attribuée à chaque association agréée au niveau national est fixé par l’arrêté prévu au IV de l’article L. 221-1-3 du code de la sécurité sociale.

Le montant de la subvention attribuée à chaque association agréée au niveau régional est fixé et versé dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 1435-16 et R. 1435-17 du présent code.
