The public interest grouping has legal personality from the date of publication in the Journal officiel de la République française of the approval order referred to in article D. 1115-2, accompanied by extracts from the constituent agreement.
The publication states in particular:
1° The name and purpose of the consortium;
2° The identity and nationality of its members;
3° The address of its registered office. Where the grouping includes an interregional agreement within the meaning of Article L. 5621-1, the address of the head office of the public interest grouping must be in the same region as that where the head office of this agreement is located;
4° Of the duration of the contract;
5° Of the delimitation of the geographical area covered by the grouping.
Any amendments to the constituent contract and the decision to approve such amendments are published under the same conditions.
