Article D1173-4 of the French Public Health Code

The specifications mentioned in the fourth paragraph of article L. 1173-1 specify:

1° The activities and operating procedures of the maisons sport-santé, in particular their missions, the public, including professionals, for whom their activities are intended, the level of qualification of their staff and the territorial scope of their activities;

2° The procedures for evaluating the maisons sport-santé, in particular the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of their activities, the financial evidence presented to establish that the funding of their activities is viable and the content of the annual report and the overall balance sheet provided for in article D. 1173-10.

Le cahier des charges mentionné au quatrième alinéa de l’article L. 1173-1 précise :

1° Les activités et modalités de fonctionnement des maisons sport-santé, notamment leurs missions, les publics, y compris professionnels, auxquels leurs activités s’adressent, le niveau de qualification de leurs intervenants ainsi que le ressort territorial de leurs activités ;

2° Les modalités d’évaluation des maisons sport-santé, notamment le suivi qualitatif et quantitatif de leurs activités, les justificatifs financiers présentés pour établir que le financement de leurs activités est viable ainsi que le contenu du rapport annuel et du bilan global prévus par l’article D. 1173-10.
