The donation of blood or blood components may not give rise to any direct or indirect remuneration.

In addition to any payment in cash, the following are particularly prohibited: any presentation of vouchers, discount coupons or other documents enabling an advantage to be obtained from a third party, as well as any gift of valuable objects, any service or any granting of advantages.

Le don de sang ou de composants du sang ne peut donner lieu à aucune rémunération, directe ou indirecte.

Sont notamment prohibés à ce titre, outre tout paiement en espèces, toute remise de bons d’achat, coupons de réduction et autres documents permettant d’obtenir un avantage consenti par un tiers, ainsi que tout don d’objet de valeur, toute prestation ou tout octroi d’avantages.
