The examination to qualify as a sworn goods broker comprises :
1° A written and practical test lasting three hours, during which the candidate draws up a certificate, report or any other written document relating to the performance of the duties of a sworn goods broker;
2° A one-hour theoretical oral test on the knowledge required for the duties and function of a sworn goods broker;
3° A technological oral test lasting two hours on the determination, on samples, of the specific qualities of goods for which specialisation is requested, the assessment of their prices and the conditions of their marketing.
